President Message

We begin another year of work and dedication to the service of our Collegiate. The crisis that continues to plague our Puerto Rico continues to spread and forcing many of our professionals to seek better living conditions and professional development in the United States of America.

Our Chapter will continue to support and assist those colleagues who call us daily for guidance on how to transfer their Licensed Engineer or Licensed Surveyor for their practices in the USA.

The work plan for this year is an ambitious one, which seeks to achieve levels of Excellence never before achieved. We will continue to strengthen the Continuing Education program, solidify our finances to lay the foundation for economic self-sufficiency, and establish a scholarship program for Puerto Rican Engineering and Surveying Students in the United States or Puerto Rico.

We will also continue to support anyone who needs assistance in their relocation to the United States. We will also increase our involvement with affiliated organizations with which we can expand the offer for continuing education and also establish a relationship with local government organizations and especially with the City of Orlando that is our headquarters.

I am confident that together with our Board of Directors, would achieve our objectives for the benefit of the Chapter, the CIAPR and the people of Puerto Rico.
